We know that life get's crazy sometimes, and you shouldn't have to worry about your pet care purchases when it does!  That's why your purchases are always protected when you choose BFF.

Dog Boarding Refunds

Vacation dates can change at a moment's notice and we want you to enjoy as much flexibility as you need to ensure a stress-free, vacation process. 

This is why with BFF you can adjust or cancel your pup's vacation at any time without penalty and you can always receive a full refund for purchases less than 12 months old, or a full-credit for any purchases greater than 12 months old.  Hassle free, no-questions-asked, purchase protection for every vacation! 

We Kindly Ask...

Since space is limited at BFF and shuttles to and from the GTA are often in high-demand, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or adjusting your service dates so that we may provide the space to other pups that may be waiting for their chance to vacation in the County too. 


We want you to feel confident that your purchase is protected when you choose to partner with BFF.  This is why we offer our industry-leading, no-questions-asked, refund policy for all unused services purchased in the last 6 months.   All purchases that are older than 6 months will be provided with a pro-rated credit for their purchase value which can be applied to any BFF service going forward.  Credits will remain valid for 18 months from their date of issue. 

Dog Walking Cancellation Policy

We always do our very best to accommodate last minute requests and cancellations, however, due to the nature of walk services and the complexity that accompanies managing the schedule, last minute cancellations are extremely costly and further take-up space that might otherwise be enjoyed by another pup. 


We therefore kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24hrs notice when cancelling or changing a scheduled walk services.  Walk services cancelled or changed with less than 24hrs notice will be billed for the full-cost of the service that would have been rendered.  We really appreciate your consideration and attention to this very necessary policy.
