Our first step is a 'Meet and Greet' to see if we're the right fit for you and your pet(s).

We're always happy to host a tour & meet a new furry friend! 

 

During your M&G, you and your pup will have a chance to tour the facility, meet some of the team members, and ask as many questions as you like.

We'd love to do it in person but if getting to our location isn't an option, scroll down for section on virtual submissions.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once we're done your Meet and Greet we'll get you an account where you manage all of your pups requests. If you require immediate assistance, please email info@bffplaycare.com.

You can send us a video to complete your meet & greet virtually!

Our virtual meet & greet process is the perfect way to get setup quickly when you're unable to visit in-person!

Please email a short video of your pup greeting another pup off-leash along with your name and your dogs name, age & address. If your pup does not attend off leash parks in your area please send a short video of your pup greeting another pup on-leash.  Videos can be sent directly to info@bffplaycare.com.
