Live Status: Essential-Service Dog Walking & Boarding are operating with additional disinfection and safety-protocols in place. Off-leash services have been adjusted to on-leash walks or off-leash trail hikes to ensure appropriate social distancing and employee safety.
All other non-essential services including dog daycare, grooming & Puppy Power Hour have been postponed until further notice to ensure the continued safety of our clients, team members & community.
We understand that many of our clients are still required to leave for work during the day or may be unable to provide the immediate care that your pups need without putting yourself or your loved ones at risk.
Please rest assured that your services will not be interrupted and we will continue to provide you with the critical care that your pets need to stay safe, happy and healthy as we all work together to support the ongoing effort to stop the spread of the CV-19 virus.
Puppy Power Hour: Currently postponed until further notice. We are terribly sorry that PPH has been postponed and we will let you know the moment it is safe to once again host this Toronto favorite.
RECURRING PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIPS: All recurring payments for services that are currently unavailable due to the CV-19 virus will be postponed until the end of the pandemic shut-down. Once operations resume, programs will be pro-rated for the remainder of the month in which services are set to safely resume. All monthly memberships will be provided with account credits for services that could not be redeemed as scheduled as a result of the service shutdowns. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your individual account please email and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and consideration and we remain committed to providing you with the amazing professional pet care that you have come to expect from your trusted team of BFFs.
A HEART FELT THANK YOU
We have received a number of wonderful messages from concerned clients who want to ensure that our amazing team of pet care professionals are being supported through the CV-19 pandemic. We have taken every measures possible to ensure the financial security of our teams, including voluntary breaks by those in a position to take them, the suspension of leadership salaries to divert liquidity to those most vulnerable to job insecurity and a fair-opportunity scheduling process to ensure no member of the team is disproportionately impacted by the pandemic relief efforts. We will continue to proactively seek out new ways to support our dedicated team members everyday.
